Payment is possible in two ways:

2. Payment upon receipt of goods or cash on delivery at the post office. You pay for the order only after receiving and inspecting the product. This method involves paying a commission or interest to the carrier for transferring the payment. Money transfer is a paid service. Therefore, when ordering and sending the goods by post-payment, you need to pay a commission in the amount of 2% of the amount of money (or of the value of the goods) + UAH 20.
Individual orders are made only after 100% prepayment.
Sending is carried out by any postal service convenient for you:
New mail within two days;
Ukrposhta (only for small packages) — Wed/Fri/Sat;
Pickup (free) — Uzhhorod, Transcarpathian region (with time agreement).
We do not ship on Sundays, holidays and non-working hours.
The price of the Product, which is indicated on the website of the online store, does not include the cost of delivery of the Product to the Buyer. The cost of delivery of the Goods is paid by the Buyer in accordance with the current tariffs of delivery services (carriers) directly to the delivery service (carrier) chosen by him.
When placing an order, please indicate the declared price. The declared (estimated) value is the insurance amount of your parcel. This amount will be returned to you if the parcel is lost. Up to 200 hryvnias inclusive, does not affect the cost of delivery. If it is higher, 5 hryvnias are added for every thousand hryvnias of insurance. The estimated value cannot be less than the amount of the cash on delivery (postpaid).
We pack the goods at our own expense, but the carrier has the right to include additional packing services (such as stretch film packing) according to the postal company's own rules.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must, in the presence of a representative of the delivery service (carrier), check the conformity of the Goods with qualitative and quantitative characteristics (product name, quantity, completeness, expiration date).
If the Buyer mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wants to replace it, the Buyer pays for the shipping. If the Buyer received the wrong product due to our fault, we will exchange it at our own expense.
WARNING! All shipments are stored at the branch for 6 days. On the seventh day, we bring them back. If for some reason you cannot pick up the cargo, please contact us by phone +380939559557 (Viber/Telegram). The storage service at Nova Poshta costs UAH 15 per day. If the cargo is returned to us, we can send it to you, after paying for the delivery both ways.
